- Payment: Payment for training programs must be made in full before the commencement of the course. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers. Payment details will be provided upon enrollment.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Once you have completed the registration process, it is important to note that we do not offer cancellations or refunds. However, we do provide the option to reschedule your booking
- Safety and Conduct: The safety of our clients is of utmost importance. You are expected to adhere to all safety instructions provided by our instructors during training. Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and Browns Defense Systems reserves the right to remove individuals from training programs if their behavior poses a safety risk.
- Confidentiality: You may be exposed to proprietary information and materials during training. You are expected to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not share it without express permission from Browns Defense Systems.
- Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during training programs are the exclusive property of Browns Defense Systems. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course materials is strictly prohibited.
- Liability: Browns Defense Systems and its instructors are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training. You must sign a liability waiver before participating in any firearms-related activities.
- Changes to Training Schedules: Browns Defense Systems reserves the right to modify training schedules, including dates, times, and locations, if necessary. Enrolled participants will be notified of any changes as early as possible.
- Termination: Browns Defense Systems reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any individual who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any behavior that disrupts the training environment or poses a safety risk.
